The Willowcrest was remodeled to modernize the interior spaces and increase functionality for tenants. The renovation added a gym, sauna, and a fully equipped party room. The Willowcrest is known for its convenience, comfort, and functionality.

The Canadiana’s suites were upgraded with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, lighting, cabinets, and countertops. The overall effect was to give the units a clean, modern, urban look consistent with the building’s proximity to downtown Regina.

The Champlain was converted to an open-concept floor plan, with high-end cosmetic enhancements throughout the property. Quartz countertops, luxury vinyl planking, and new kitchen custom-fit cabinetry are among the many upgrades that make this building stand out in the area.

Chip and Dale Homes was transformed from a church into a wheelchair-accessible day program facility. The building now houses the corporate headquarters and programming areas. It’s become a multi-purpose facility that serves the needs of the organization.

The Willowcrest was refreshed with new paint and significant work on the balconies. The exterior also included a roof repair with required a torch-on to create a lighter surface than tar and gravel.

The Canadiana underwent significant exterior renovations, with reinforced concrete balconies and all windows and patio doors replaced for each unit. The exterior was then painted to refresh the look of this 15-floor structure.

At CH Built, we understand that roofing is fundamental to the longevity of a structure, and we strive to ensure that the same attention to detail is applied to every project, whether commercial or residential.

The Lismore required an exterior makeover, removing the aging brick and replacing it with acrylic stucco to alleviate pressure on the foundation. The result was functional and aesthetically pleasing, updating the Lismore to a more contemporary style.

This office renovation involves expanding the existing square footage while designing an improved workflow. This required new walls, ceilings, and flooring. An electrical update supporting a new lighting plan and enhanced data lines. Finally, a new HVAC system creating a balanced airflow.

St. Martins requires repairs and resurfacing to the roof. This involves prepping the surface, removing the damaged board, and priming with an adhesive bond before finishing. Repairs also include expanding and repairing the recessed area around the drain.
