HOW WE STARTED

CAMPBELL & HALIBURTON CONSTRUCTION

CH Built began with responsibility for the development and maintenance of the CH Living Property Management portfolio which includes:

  • $60 million in property holdings
  • Multi-family residential buildings, mixed properties, and condominiums
  • 24,000 square feet of office and retail space
  • 20,000 square feet of warehouse space

We remain committed to delivering a quality product to every client we serve. From this beginning, CH Built expanded operations in order to accommodate projects beyond CH Living Property Management in response to external interest in securing the services of our team of construction specialists.

Our construction team contributes their diverse talents to ensure that each project has a quality outcome, every step of the way.

  • Thomas is known for his roofing, eavestroughs, fascia and tree felling, if needed.
  • MJ is a flooring, backsplash and painting specialist.
  • Jin enjoys cabinetry, woodwork and finishing work.
  • Justin is known for his drywall and painting skills.
  • Clarence is involved in the many general construction tasks.
  • Brandon also wears the many hats of general construction.

Construction Manager

Bogdan brings over 20 years of experience to the CH Built team, gained in both Europe and North America. He blends the best of both in the craftsmanship he brings to every CH Built project. Further, he has a diverse understanding of best-practice construction methods, and a keen eye for visualizing how to achieve an effective outcome before work even begins.

CINDY KIM

Finance Manager

Cindy Kim is the Accounting Manager for CH Group and is known for her unwavering dedication and reliability. She’s always willing to put in extra time to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and her attention to detail is second to none. Cindy is originally from Korea and moved to Canada in 2016. She’s proud to call Canada her home and is grateful for the opportunities this country has provided her.

JOHN GRANT

President & CEO

John has been the President of Campbell & Haliburton Group since 2008 and has believed in diversity in the workplace is of utmost importance. As President, John has been responsible for overseeing both our insurance and property management divisions. Luckily, as a father of twins plus one, he has experience with effectively managing more than double the work!

MADELAINE GRAFF

Marketing & Design Manager

Madelaine is the Marketing & Design Manager for CH Group and boasts a wealth of marketing and design expertise. She specializes in creating advertising that’s both meaningful and visually compelling. When Madelaine isn’t working, she dedicates time to her freelance design, enjoys film, and constantly seeks to learn something new.

JESSE TARR

Project Manager

Jesse is our first point of contact in assessing your needs and estimating the effort and supplies required to complete your project. He has over a decade of experience in construction, property administration, and insurance. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys family time with his two sons, pursuing long-boarding in the summer and the family specialty – building snow forts in the winter.
