The Willowcrest Apartments’ exterior and central interior spaces were transformed, with the lobby becoming a social hub for tenants. New flooring and paint contributed to this makeover, with the décor and furnishings reflecting a contemporary visual design. It is now a modern and inviting space. Tenants can often be found making use of the collective space, visiting, playing games, completing puzzles, or even socializing with family when a larger space is required. Plant-loving tenants also enjoy tending to the greenery that thrives due to the large lobby windows that provide ample sunlight.

The installation of a modern gym provides 24/7 convenience for tenants. The gym houses an assortment of machines that appeal to tenants at various stages of their fitness journey. The laundry room was fully remodelled for functionality and comfort. New flooring, paint, and state-of-the-art laundry machines contributed to this upgrade.
