CANADIANA PROJECT

The Canadiana underwent significant exterior renovations, with reinforced concrete balconies and all windows and patio doors replaced for each unit. The exterior was then painted to refresh the look of this 15-floor structure.

The suites were upgraded with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, lighting, cabinets, and countertops. The overall effect was to give the units a clean, modern, urban look consistent with the building’s proximity to downtown Regina.

Other renovations included the installation of a fully equipped gym, sauna, and all-purpose recreation room, making the Canadian a full-facility offering for tenants.

CH BUILT

RENOVATION & REMODELING

CH Built offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to take your project from concept to completion without ever having to subcontract elements of the project to other suppliers. CH Built has a successful track record of remodelling commercial and residential spaces, enhancing each space to realize its potential.

Commercial properties differ from residential properties in that many eyes will view a commercial space. Making that space appealing may make the difference between a tenant visualizing it as being a ‘home’ versus it being just another building. Catching the eye of a prospective tenant when viewing the property is only the first step. Creating a welcoming, convenient environment is the key to retaining those tenants.
