Commercial Renovations

THE Canadiana
The Canadiana’s suites were upgraded with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, lighting, cabinets, and countertops. The overall effect was to give the units a clean, modern, urban look consistent with the building’s proximity to downtown Regina.
CHAMPLAIN
The Champlain was converted to an open-concept floor plan, with high-end enhancements throughout the property. Quartz countertops, vinyl planking, and new custom-fit cabinetry are some of the many upgrades that make this building stand out.
CHIP & DALE
Chip and Dale Homes was transformed from a church into a wheelchair-accessible day program facility. The building now houses their headquarters. It’s become a multi-purpose facility that serves the needs of the organization.
WILLOWCREST
The Willowcrest was remodeled to modernize the interior spaces and increase functionality for tenants. The renovation added a gym, sauna, and a fully equipped party room. The Willowcrest is known for its convenience, comfort, and functionality.

Exterior Projects

2345 BROAD ST.
The Canadiana underwent significant exterior renovations, with reinforced concrete balconies and all windows and patio doors replaced for each unit. The exterior was then painted to refresh the look of this 15-floor structure.
GENERAL PROJECT

LISMORE
The Lismore required an exterior makeover, removing the aging brick and replacing it with acrylic stucco to alleviate pressure on the foundation. The result was functional and aesthetically pleasing, updating the Lismore to a more contemporary style.
